Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission is now open!

The 2026 ISHR-ES meeting will accept abstracts in the form of Poster Presentation and Oral Communication.

The mode of presentation will be evaluated according to scientific content, clinical relevance, quality and originality. Please note that accepted abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be considered for poster presentation. Abstracts selected for oral presentation will also be accepted for poster presentation.

Abstracts will only be accepted if they comply with all submission rules presented below.

We strongly recommend that authors read and consider the document “Suggestions on how to write an abstract.”

Abstracts should include Title, Authors, Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions and must be submitted in English only.

The main text of the abstract (excluding title and authors) should not exceed 400 words. Please use this template as a guide when formatting and writing your abstract.

All abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by independent reviewers in accordance with a specific evaluation grid that takes into account (originality, scientific quality, methodological adequacy, etc).

The presenting author must register by the registration deadline (31st May 2026) for inclusion in the programme/abstract book.

The deadline for abstract submission is 2nd March 2026.

Authors will be notified of the results on week commencing 16th March 2026.
