Welcome Reception
There will be a welcome reception on Monday 2nd September 2024, where you can network with others attending the conference. This will be held in the Bramall Music Building, University of Birmingham.
Trip to Stratford-upon-Avon
There will be a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon on the afternoon/evening of Wednesday 4th September. If you wish to attend the trip, this will include a visit to one of Shakespeare's Family Homes. This trip will be charged at £25 for Students & £32 for Post-Docs & PI's.
You will also have the opportunity to add on a theatre ticket for £18 to see 'The Merry Wives of Windsor' at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. These tickets are limited.
If you choose to attend the trip without the visit to the theatre you will have the opportunity to explore the town centre, before the coach brings you back to Birmingham.
Coaches both ways are included in ticket cost.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Botanical Gardens on Thursday 5 September. Tickets can be purchased during registration. Tickets cost is £30 for students and £45 for Post-Docs and PI's.
The ticket price will include a 3 course meal, refreshments and access to the gardens. Followed by a disco.
