We are aware of emails being sent to our speakers/attendees from Traveller Point claiming to be involved in booking your accommodation for the conference. If you receive any such email please disregard this as spam.

The Vale

Our student accommodation is made up of different buildings known as the Vale Village, located 2 miles south of the city centre and a 20-minute walk from our Edgbaston campus;

  • En-suite bedrooms in a cluster of either four or six rooms, with shared kitchen/lounge facilities
  • Courtesy beverages in the kitchen area
  • Bedding and towels
  • Irons and bedside lamps are available from reception
  • Free Wi-Fi

Parking is available at the Vale Village on a pay and display basis.

The accommodation will be bookable through registration when open. 



Edgbaston Park Hotel

Alternative Birmingham City Centre Hotels

Below is a list of alternative hotels we recommend in the city centre. All hotels are within a 2-mile radius of the University of Birmingham and are easily accessible via train and car.

The University Train Station is based right on campus and is only 10-minute journey from New Street Station.

All hotels are bookable on the website, bookings are to be managed by the individual, not the conference team.
