MEMTAB is the leading international conference about methods to evaluate models, tests, and biomarkers for clinical practice and healthcare. Bringing together all types of researchers and stakeholders in the field, the conference aims to debate and disseminate best methods for identifying reliable models, tests and biomarkers that improve the screening, diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of patients. 

MEMTAB 2025 is looking for sponsors! The event is recognized internationally and this will be the 7th conference since they began in 2008. Your support would provide exceptional brand visibility and networking opportunities at University of Birmingham and beyond. There are different sponsorship levels available to suit your organisation’s preferences, details below.

Sponsorship Packages

The exhibition will be open on Wednesday 30 April and Thursday 1 May 2025. The packages available are listed below:


Bronze Sponsorship - £500 +VAT

·         Your company’s logo on the MEMTAB 2025 website with a link to your company website

·         Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under bronze sponsor

·         Recognition with logo displayed during the opening session

Silver Sponsorship - £1,000 +VAT

·         Your company’s logo on the MEMTAB 2025 website, to include your company name, a 100-word profile and a link to

          your company website under silver sponsor

·         Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under silver sponsor

·         Recognition with logo displayed during the opening session

·         Half-page advertisement in the digital conference programme

·         Exhibition stand to include a table, chairs, and access to power and Wi-Fi

·        1x staff to support the stand throughout the conference: to include access to conference sessions and 1x tickets to               the conference dinner


Gold Sponsorship - £1,500 +VAT

·         Your company’s logo on the MEMTAB 2025 website, to include your company name, a 200-word profile and a link to              your company website under gold sponsor

·         Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under gold sponsor

·         Recognition with logo displayed during the opening session

·         Full-page advertisement in the digital conference programme 

·         Exhibition stand to include a table, chairs, and access to power and Wi-Fi

·         2x staff to support the stand throughout the conference: to include access to conference sessions and 2x tickets to              the conference dinner
