Welcome Reception 

There will be a welcome reception on Tuesday 9th September 2025 between 18.00-19.30, where you can network with others attending the conference. 

The reception will be held in the School of Engineering at the University of Birmingham, marked Y8 in the yellow zone on the campus map. Refreshments and light food will be served. 

This is included in the registration fee.

Conference Dinner 

The Conference Dinner will be held at the Council House, Birmingham on Wednesday 10th September 2024.

Tickets include a 2 course buffet-style meal, a welcome drink and table drinks. A bar will also be available, please note this is card-payments only. 

Dinner transport is not provided; however, the venue is located in the city centre and is easily accessible via the on-campus train station, as well as by Uber or taxi.
