You are encouraged to submit a full paper to be considered for inclusion at the conference. If successful, you will be invited to present your work as part of the conference programme. During the submission process you will be asked to submit both your full paper and a text only version of your abstract. If you choose to accept, your full paper will be included in the Conference Proceedings produced for the conference. Conference Proceedings are produced by the ICMR Event Management Team and shared with delegates. Full paper submissions will also be put forward for journal publication.
Papers should be 6 pages and follow the full paper template.
Papers should be uploaded as a word document during submission.
The abstract of your full paper should be included in the full paper template AND the abstract text should be added to the ‘Abstract of Full Paper’ text box during full paper submission.
If submitting a Full Paper you DO NOT need to make a submission using the Abstract Only link.
Both Abstract Only and Full Paper submissions will be accepted for this conference. Please see the Call for Papers/Abstracts tab for full details.
Before submitting an Abstract Only or a Full Paper, please take a look at the Approved Special Sessions which will be included in the conference programme. If you are interested in putting forward a proposal for a special session (4-5 papers), more information can be found on the 'call for special sessions' tab.
Please note that you can ‘Save to Draft’ during the submission process but once you have chosen to ‘Submit’ you cannot edit your submission.
A Microsoft Word template file is provided. Please download it here. It is suggested that each submission contains no more than 6 pages, in Microsoft Word format, please upload this as a Word Document, not a PDF.
Manuscripts should be composed in English, featuring a
comprehensive title positioned at the article's outset. The title should
precisely reflect the paper's content, embodying specificity, descriptiveness,
brevity, and accessibility to readers beyond the immediate subject matter.
The introduction should provide a contextual background,
enabling readers unacquainted with the field to comprehend the study's purpose
and significance. It ought to establish the addressed problem, elucidate its
critical relevance, and set the stage for the ensuing discourse.
Authors incorporating a figure or table from an existing
publication must clearly denote the source of the material. Furthermore,
authors are obligated to seek explicit permission for reproduction from the
original author(s) and publisher if applicable. Each figure and table must be
referenced in the text and accompanied by an informative caption.
Authors are advised to meticulously validate the accuracy of
their cited sources. All references should be diligently catalogued at the end
of the manuscript.
Submissions will be peer-reviewed and the outcomes will be feedback to the authors. The submission should be a genuine and faithful representation of the underlying research.
The content/main research included in the submission should not have been previously published or accepted for publication. Additionally, it should not be concurrently submitted to other conferences, archival, or publication platforms.
