The Drinks Reception will take place in the Atrium of the Alan Walters Building on Wednesday 29 July, from 6:45pm.

Join fellow delegates to officially open the conference in a relaxed and informal setting. A selection of drinks will be served alongside a hot fork buffet, providing an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues, reconnect with friends, and meet new attendees.

The Conference Dinner will take place in the Fry Suite at Edgbaston Park Hotel on Saturday 1 August, from 7:00pm.

Join us for an enjoyable evening with fellow delegates to celebrate the conference. A selection of drinks will be available on each table, followed by a three-course seated dinner in the elegant surroundings of the Fry Suite.

A bar will be available throughout the evenings for delegates wishing to purchase additional drinks.

Thursday 30th July - Indian Street Food
A traditional local Balti, served with rice or naan and accompanied by poppadoms.

 
Friday 31st July - BBQ
A BBQ featuring a burger, sausage and chicken skewer, served with a selection of fresh salads.

Both the Indian Street Food Evening and the BBQ will take place on the Infusion Terrace in the Shackleton Building at The Vale Student Village. A bar will be available throughout the evenings for delegates wishing to purchase drinks.


As part of the organisation of this conference, the University of Birmingham is collecting income via registration fees and sponsorships on behalf of the Spermatology 2026 organising committee.
