Corporate Credit Card Payments
We accept this type of card payment but please be aware that Flywire will add a 3% convenience fee to your transaction. This fee covers all costs of processing the card transaction and will be included in your final charge. If you accept this fee, you can continue with your payment. The welcome reception, conference refreshments, lunch and dinner are all included in the above registration fees.
Please indicate whether you would like to attend the conference dinner during the registration process.
Conference Dinner - Wednesday 2nd April 2025
The conference dinner will take place at the Exchange, in the Assembly room. The dinner tickets are included in the registration costs. However, please indicate whether you are able to join, during registration.
The ticket price will include arrival drinks and a dinner consisting of a hot fork buffet.
International attendees:
Please be advised that all International attendees will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if arriving in to the UK from the 1 April 2025. More information on this and to apply can be found on the Gov.uk website using the links below:

If you wish to have an invitation letter we require that you are registered for the conference and provide all of the following information:
- Family Name / Last Name
- First Name(s)
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
