‘Basic Presentation’: Emi Narai, from Tottori University (Japan), for her work on the roles of orexinergic and non-orexinergic neurones in eliciting cardiovascular responses. You can read more about the group’s work in The Journal of Physiology article Narai et al (2024).

‘Clinical Poster’: Daniel Hodgkiss, from the University of Birmingham (UK), for his studies on non-invasive stimulation strategies following spinal cord injury. See the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences site as this project develops.  

‘Clinical Presentation’: Matteo Ottaviani, from the Polytechnic University of Marche (Italy) & Dept. Neuroscience, Monash (Australia), for his presentation on ultrasound-guided microneurography of the human vagus nerve in The Journal of Physiology article Ottaviani et al (2020).
