By selecting payment by invoice, you confirm that payment will be made no later than three weeks before the conference. If payment is not received by this date, your place may be cancelled or you may be required to pay by card, and a credit note will be issued to cancel the invoice.

Visa Corporate Credit Card Payments
We accept this type of card payment but please be aware that Flywire will add a 3% convenience fee to your transaction. This fee covers all costs of processing the card transaction and will be included in your final charge. If you accept this fee, you can continue with your payment. If not, please retry with a different card or reselect your payment country and choose one the available payment options to make your payment.
International Attendees
Please be advised that all International attendees will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if arriving in to the UK from the 1st April 2025. More information on this and to apply can be found on the Gov.uk website using the links below:

Visa Support Letter
If you would like to request for a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, you will first need to register for the conference, and full payment must have been received.
Please email us at academic.conferences@contacts.bham.ac.uk with the below details:
- Last Name
- First Name

- Nationality
Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled before Tuesday 2nd June 2026, will receive a full refund.
No refunds can be processed after this date, however registrations can be transferred to another individual at any point by emailing academic.conferences@contact.bham.ac.uk. Please copy in both parties to confirm consent for the substitution.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the programme content, schedule, or occasionally the identity of the speakers. The Building Capability in Behavioural Research 2026 Conference and the University of Birmingham’s Event Management Team, take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of programme changes or cancellation.
