Welcome Reception

There will be a welcome reception on Monday 29th July 2024 between 17.00-19.00, where you can network with others attending the conference.

This will be held at the School of Engineering, University of Birmingham – refreshments and light food will be served.

This is included in the registration fee.

Trip to Stratford Upon Avon

There will be a trip to Stratford Upon Avon on the afternoon of Wednesday 31st July 2024.

This will include a visit to one of Shakespeare's Family Homes, free time to explore the town, and return coaches.

Tickets cost £32 and will be available to purchase during registration.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held at the Council House, Birmingham on Thursday 1st August 2024.

Tickets cost £85 each and are available to purchase during registration.

Tickets include a 3 course meal, a welcome drink and table drinks. A cash bar will also be available.
