CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

Overnight accommodation (Wednesday 26 April) is bookable during the registration process.

The allocation of rooms to either the Edgbaston Park Hotel or Peter Scott House will be conducted by the RSF team once the registration process has concluded, with consortium members situated together in the same hotel wherever possible.

Please indicate if overnight accommodation is required as part of the registration process and if delegates have any accessibility and/or dietary requirements.

Edgbaston Park Hotel

The University Hotel offers modern, contemporary en-suite bedrooms with free Wi-Fi, just a 10 minute walk away from the centre of the campus. Combining classic style and contemporary comfort, you can expect more than a great night’s sleep when you stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre.

From the friendly welcome on arrival to the moment your head touches that soft white pillow, you’ll be surrounded by contentment, calm and quality design.

Peter Scott House

The guesthouse offers 36 en-suite twin bedrooms with business-friendly amenities including desks, telephones and breakout rooms.

Peter Scott House is close to the campus and the city centre, making it an ideal base for business travellers, youth groups, and sports training camps. Although it’s a small venue, it houses some of the most comfortable and affordable accommodation on campus.

The hotel is just a 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre, 10 minutes from New Street Station and 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and the NEC.

Rooms at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and Peter Scott House will be paid directly by RSF.
