The AIM RSF Conference is dedicated to creating an inclusive and accessible event for all attendees. To this end, we have established two funds to support those with specific needs: the accessibility fund and the childcare fund.

The accessibility fund provides financial support for items such as Wi-Fi signal boosters and any other necessary equipment to ensure the Conference is accessible. If you require any such support, please indicate this during the registration process, and we will work with you to provide the necessary assistance.

While there are no in-house day childcare facilities, we have established a fund to provide financial assistance to help cover the cost of a childcare provider or equivalent for the duration of the Conference. If you would like to apply for this support, please indicate this during the registration process and we will contact you with further information.

We encourage all attendees who may need these services to apply, and we will make every effort to provide support to as many people as possible, subject to the limits of available funds.
