As well as our fantastic programme of live talks, visitors to the Health and Care Analytics 2023 conference can explore our side rooms, where they can delve even deeper into some of the topics covered on the stages.

The side rooms are hosted by organisations from across health and care and offer you the opportunity to meet expert analysts, connect and ask questions.


Room CM01 - NHS England

NHS England will be running drop-ins across the two days of the conference discussing NHS England’s Strategic priorities. Join them and meet their expert team.

Room CM02 - AnalystX

Drop in and meet the team from healthcare’s biggest online community of analysts, empowering the data and analytics community and providing a safe space for professionals to collaborate in a radical way.

Room CM03 – AphA

The Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts is raising the profile of and representing the voice of health and care analysts as a recognised and respected industry expert, by providing a professional framework and an established support network. Drop in to meet their team.

Room CM04 – The Strategy Unit

Join Strategy Unit Principal Consultant Fraser Battye as he presents Improving decision quality: lessons from the Midlands Decision Support Network. This session will run 1:00pm - 2.30pm, reserve a spot here.

Room CM06 – OHID

The expertise team from the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities are running a drop in exploring Population Health Intelligence tools, training and workforce development – from data to decisions.

Room CM07 – The Health Economics Unit

Drop in and meet the team from the Health Economics Unit and find out how to use analytics to help leaders make better decisions in health and care.

Room CM08 – The R-Girls schools network

Reserve a spot to learn about R-Girls, a network to promote the use of R - a leading data science programming language - in secondary schools for girls. Book here for a guided tour of R-girls between 1:00 - 1.45pm.

Room CM09 – Arden and GEM CSU

Meet the experts from Arden&GEM CSU Analytics Unit in this informal drop in and discuss their latest work and ideas.
