Registration will close on Thursday 18 December 2025 at midday, or before if all places are filled.

Cancellation Policy

As this event is free to attend, there is no formal cancellation policy.

However, as places are limited, we kindly ask that you notify us by Thursday 18 December 2025, if you are no longer able to attend. This will allow us to offer your place to another delegate.

If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, substitutions can be made at any time by emailing academic.conferences@contact.bham.ac.uk. Please copy both parties into the email to confirm consent for the substitution.

Please note that, for reasons beyond the event organisers control, it may be necessary to amend the programme content, timing, or speakers. The Organising Committee and the University of Birmingham’s Event Management Team cannot accept responsibility for any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs incurred, due to changes to the programme or cancellation of the event.
