Language

The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.

Abstract Submission

Oral abstract submissions are now closed. However, you may still submit a 300-word abstract for poster presentations only until July 17th, 2024 at 11:59pm: Deadline to submit or modify an existing submission.

If you had submitted a contribution earlier, you have the possibility to modify your text, update the file, add co-authors and/or submit additional contributions. To proceed, don’t need to fill in a new submission form, but just log onto your submission portal and click edit. If you have any problems with this please email us at academic.conferences@contacts.bham.ac.uk 

If you are submitting multiple contributions, you just need to create only one web account.
Please use the same account (login and password) for any additional submissions.

If you need to edit any author information or re-submit your contribution, you may do so until the submission deadline.
Please use the account you created during initial submission to edit or re-submit. 

Submission guidelines

Once open please fill in the online submission form which must include:

  • Title of the contribution
  • Surnames and first names, and email addresses of all the authors
  • Choice of topic according to programme sessions
  • Keywords (5 max)
  • Type of communication (oral or poster)
  • An abstract with maximum 300 words.
Abstracts sent by email will NOT be accepted.

To prepare your poster

The format for the poster presentation is A0 (portrait orientation).
