The opening plenary will be held onsite at the University of Birmingham as well as being streamed live. The remaining two days of the conference will take place virtually.
Conference Date:
· 12th October 2022: Hybrid – open plenary at the University of Birmingham, accessible via live streaming to all registered participants.
· 13th – 14th October 2022: Online – oral presentations in parallel sessions via the dedicated conference platform.
· 12th – 14th October 2022: Online – poster presentations available via the dedicated conference platform; poster awards to be presented at the end of the conference.
Abstracts and registration deadlines
· Abstract and poster submission by 2nd September 2022
· Notification of abstracts acceptance by 9th September 2022
· Registration by 23rd September 2022. Presenting authors must be registered by this deadline for their presentation to be included in the conference programme. Please note that for logistical reasons, it will not be possible to accommodate presentations if registration is not completed by this deadline.
