Below are the rates for sponsorship for the TCES/Combined CDT Conference.

3 Day Sponsorship Packages


Standard exhibitor package - 3 days TCES/CDT combined conference: £950 + VAT (SOLD OUT)

Includes:

  • Exhibition space in the refreshments and lunch area – detail to be arranged as required.
  • Access to the conference – one free conference registration incl. refreshments, lunch, and barbecue. If any other exhibitors would like to attend, this will be charged at an additional exhibitor fee of £100/day with refreshments and lunch.
  • Further marketing – promotional material for inclusion in the conference bag, logo included on event website as a sponsor.


Premium exhibitor package - 3 days TCES/CDT combined conference: £1050 + VAT (SOLD OUT)

Includes: 

  • Exhibition space in the refreshments and lunch area – detail to be arranged as required.
  • Access to the conference – one free conference registration incl. refreshments, lunch, and barbecue. If any other exhibitors would like to attend, this will be charged at an additional exhibitor fee of £100/day with refreshments and lunch.

  • Branding and communication – logo on holding slides for conference and flash talk – 5 minutes in the programme.


Gold package - Welcome Drinks or Poster Networking drinks sponsor: £1250 + VAT (SOLD OUT)

Includes: 

  • Exhibition space in the refreshments and lunch area – detail to be arranged as required.
  • Access to the conference – one free conference registration incl. refreshments, lunch, and barbecue. If any other exhibitors would like to attend, this will be charged at an additional exhibitor fee of £100/day with refreshments and lunch.
  • Further marketing – promotional material for inclusion in the conference bag, logo included on event website as a gold sponsor.
  • Branding and communication – logo on holding slides for conference and flash talk – 5 minutes in the programme.
  • To sponsor the Welcome or Poster drinks event (advertised in programme and website and at venue).
  • Pull-up banner at the drinks venue (provided by the company).
