Registration Rates

To register for this conference, you must be an active member of RC19. If you are not yet a member, please complete your membership before proceeding with registration, this can be completed by contacting Hildegard Theobald at hildegard.theobald@uni-vechta.de

Registration includes: access to all conference sessions, refreshments and lunch.

You may add accommodation at 'The Vale' during registration at a rate of £55 per night. Further details, including alternative accommodation options, are available on the accommodation page. 


Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled before Monday 3 August 2026 will receive a full refund.

No refunds can be processed after this date.

Registration names can be substituted at any point by emailing academic.conferences@contact.bham.ac.uk please copy in both parties to confirm consent for the substitution.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The RC19 2026 committee and the University of Birmingham’s Event Management Team take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.


International Attendees

Please be advised that all international attendees will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if arriving in to the UK from the 1st April 2025. More information on this and to apply can be found on the Gov.uk website using the links below:


VISA Support Letter

If you would like to request for a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, you will first need to register for the conference, and full payment must have been received.

Visa Corporate Credit Card Payments

We accept this type of card payment but please be aware that Flywire will add a 3% convenience fee to your transaction. This fee covers all costs of processing the card transaction and will be included in your final charge. If you accept this fee, you can continue with your payment.
