SHARING YOUR WORK

Accepted abstracts that have news value may be selected for a potential media release to disseminate to relevant media outlets. If we believe your abstract has such potential, we will contact you to discuss this.

Media releases and any other supporting materials would be prepared ahead of the conference presentation in collaboration with the presenter/s, who will have approval rights on the material prepared.

Media releases would be issued where possible under embargo, with the embargo lifting to coincide with the presentation date.

Please note that only a limited number of press releases can be produced and disseminated so we cannot guarantee that a press release will be produced. If your presentation is selected for a media release, you may decline the opportunity.
