Conference programme


This three day course will cover the current management of head and neck cancer within a multidisciplinary framework. Parallel sessions will focus on the functional impact and rehabilitation of patients with head and neck cancer.  

The course is suitable for trainees (residents and fellows) in ENT, maxillofacial, plastics and oncology in preparation for exams, as well as providing a stimulating update for practising surgeons and physicians and the wider members of the MDT. The functional programme is particularly aimed at allied health professionals. The functional outcomes aspect will take place during the afternoons of Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th October. 

The format will consist of lectures, panel discussions and operative techniques. There will be a series of keynote addresses dealing with some of the more controversial topics. Delegates will benefit from the experience of a faculty assembled from many of the leading head and neck cancer centres in Europe and North America.

The course has been approved by ENT UK for 19 CPD points. The points per day are distributed as follows;

Day 1       400 mins    6 CPD

Day 2       375 mins    6 CPD

Day 3       380 mins    6 CPD

If a candidate attends the entirety of the course they will receive 19 CPD points.
