International attendees:
Please be advised that all International attendees will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if arriving in to the UK from the 1 April 2025. More information on this and to apply can be found on the Gov.uk website using the links below:
VISA support letter:
If you would like to request an invitation letter to support your visa application, you will first need to register for the conference, and full payment must have been received. Once this is in place please email us at academic.conferences@contacts.bham.ac.uk with the below details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
Visa Corporate Credit Card Payments:
We accept this type of card payment but please be aware that Flywire will add a 3% convenience fee to your transaction. This fee covers all costs of processing the card transaction and will be included in your final charge. If you accept this fee, you can continue with your payment. If not, please retry with a different card or reselect your payment country and choose one the available payment options to make your payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Bedrooms booked at Edgbaston Park Hotel via the link above can be cancelled for a full refund by Friday 10 January 2025. We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Attendee registrations cancelled before Friday 21 March 2025, will receive a full refund.
No refunds can be processed after this date.
Registration names can be substituted at any point by emailing academic.conferences@contact.bham.ac.uk please copy in both parties to confirm consent for the substitution.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The ICCMC2025 committee and the University of Birmingham’s Event Management Team take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
