If the delegate wishes to cancel after registering, the delegate will be liable to the following cancellation charges: • Cancellations received after 26th February 2024 are subject to full payment and no refunds will be available. Substitutions can be made at the discretion of the Conference Chair. This applies to all bookings. • Cancellations relating to VISA application denial will require proof that the VISA application was submitted before 26th February 2024. • All cancellations must be notified by email to: academic.conferences@contacts.bham.ac.uk

Payment

Some delegates are experiencing problems with completing their registration, which we are trying to fix as a matter of urgency.

In most cases we are receiving the payment but the delegate is getting a message to suggest this is not the case.

If you receive an error message when completing your registration payment, please email academic.conferences@contacts.bham.ac.uk to let us know, and do not try and make the payment again.
