A full English breakfast buffet is served in the hotel restaurant between 7am – 9.30am on weekdays, and 7am – 10am on weekends and bank holidays. This is included in your bedroom rate.

Registration Registration closes on Sunday 31 May 2026. The deadline for a full refund of the registration fee is Sunday 3 May 2026. A 50% refund of the total registration fee is available until Sunday 31 May 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 31 May 2026, as sufficient notice is required to reallocate places and minimise food waste. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time. To arrange a substitution, please email academic.conferences@contact.bham.ac.uk and copy in both the original and replacement attendee to confirm consent. Accommodation If you have booked accommodation, please note that the cancellation policy differs from the registration policy. The deadline for accommodation refunds is Sunday 29 March 2026. Any accommodation bookings made after this date are non-refundable. Please note, name changes are possible if required but are not guaranteed.  Please note that the University of Birmingham’s Event Management Team cannot accept responsibility for any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs in the event of programme changes or cancellation.
